This morning in the Police Court two men appeared on charges of being in a etate of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. ° Charles Tuffnell (24). a labourer, denied that he was in a state of intoxication while in charge of a car in Wellesley Street on September 20. and on the application of Kuh-Inepector Fox he was remanded until Friday.
