TWO MEN REMANDED.
INTOXICATION CHARGES.
This morning in the Police Court two men appeared on charges of being in a etate of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. ° Charles Tuffnell (24). a labourer, denied that he was in a state of intoxication while in charge of a car in Wellesley Street on September 20. and on the application of Kuh-Inepector Fox he was remanded until Friday. Bail was allowed. " A motor mechanic. Robert Allan Bowie (29). for whom Mr. M. Robinson appeared, was charged with being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a car in Hobson Street. Stating that accused was onlv arrested at 3.15 this mornincr. SubInspector Fox obtained a remand until Friday. Bail was fixed at £30, . „ ... I
