WEST END CLUB. ANNUAL REPORT. The past season has been somewhat disappointing, states the report to be presented at the fifty-fourth annual general meeting of the West End Rowing Club next Tuesday night. The success hoped for in regatta and inter-club races was not attained, although social activities were very satisfactory. The membership stands at 51, a decrease of 11 over the previous season.
