NEW ZEALANDERS RETURN.

Mr. W. Corkhill, formerly of Ahipara, North Auckland, who has been a planter for twelve years on Norfolk Island, returned in company with a number of otfter New Zealanders to take up residence in the Dominion. Lack of market for their bananas and passion fruit has made it impossible for them to live, Mr. Corkhill said. It is his intention to take up gumdigging in the Far North. He said that within the last two years about 150 of the population of Nwfolk Island had left for Australia and New Zealand.
