OVERCROWDING.

The question of, overcrowding at- the Town Hall was brought up at a meeting of the. Auckland City Council last evening by Captain R. S. Judson, V.C., who asked if the council would have the opportunity to diocuM the building of an administrative block. The Mayor replied that the matter had already received a great deal of attention, and the opportunity would -be given to the council. He admitted that it was a crying need, and he was prepared to put the matter before the ci'y ratepayers any time that the councii"brought"the issue forward.
