BY-ELECTION IN ENGLAND. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. The East Willesden by-election, necessitated by the death of the Conservative member, Mr. D. G. Somerville, resulted as follows: — S. S. Hammertou (Con.) 16,009 M. Orbach (Lab.) 12,278 Mr. Somerville's majority at the last election w«* 10,090.
