BRITISH-U.S. TRADE PARLEYS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, July 28. The Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, said that "negotiations for BritishAmerican trade reciprocity were proceeding normally toward an agreement. He added that completion of the agreement would be a tremendous contribution to business recovery, establishing peace and order all over the world.
