INDOOR BOWLING.
The champion open fours tourney under the auspices of the Auckland United Friendly Societies' Indoor Bowling Association was held on Saturday afternoon at the Druids' Hall. Five rounds were played and the following teams tied with four wins each:—Mrs. Larsen, Mrs. McAiiliffe. Mrs. Stein, Mrs. Boles (Lily of Eden Rebekah Lodge. 1.0.0. F.). Mrs. Peter Timmins, H. Boles? F. Harris (Orange Bowling Club), T. Armstrong, Mrs. Page, W. Aylett, A. Beer (Grey Lynn Methodist Indoor Bowlin- Club). The finals will be played off at a later date under the two-life system. An open fonrs tourney held on Thursday night last was won by Mrs. D. Gelding. Mrs. W. H. Gelding, Scurrah, D. Gelding, with three wins. ... ~, The champion friendly society fours will be played at the Druids' Hall next Saturday.
