DANCE AT BAYSWATER.

NORTH SHORE SWIMMING CLUB. I An enjoyable dance was held in tha Bayswater Boating Club Hall on Saturday night when the annual dance and prize-giving of the North Shore Amateur Swimming Club was held. The presentation of the trophies won during the pant season was made by Mr. W. ,T. Lyon. M.P. for Waitemata. Miss June Wright was the winner of the ladies' Xorth Shore Club championship. The ladies' committee which was in charge of the evening's arrangements included Mrs. T. Dean, who wore leaf green crepe; Mrs. E. W. Sharp, in black net over satin; Mrs. A. Ferguson, in shell pink crepe; Mrs. L. Cameron, black net; Mrs. Johnston, black georgette; Mrs. D. J. F. Langlcy, clover red laee; Mrs. J. Holmes, honey gold and black crepe; Jean Finlayson, floral taffeta; Miss G. Fletcher, black cloque; Miss Iremonger, Burgundy red crepe; Mies M. Bennett, pa.stel flowered organdie.
