THEFT OF VIOLIN.
LABOURER IMPRISONED,
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. Bertram Giliman, a labourer, aged 22. for the theft of a violin valued at £•"><>, from a motor car. was sentenced to six months' imprisonment hy Mr. J. H. •Salmon, S.M., in the Police Court to-day. For the theft of a racing bicycle valued at £15 at Te Awamutu, he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, the sentences to be concurrent.
