Building Trades in Melbourne to Resume Work. CONFERENCE OF PARTIES. (Received C 30 a.m.) MLLBOURNE, thin day. The lockout in the building trade, declared by the Master Builder*' Association on June 6, following the refusal of union members to discontinue stopwork meetings, has ended, and work is to be resumed on most large city jobs. The parties are to settle the dispute in conference.
