TALK WITH STALIN.

U.S. ENVOY'S IMPRESSIONS. MOSCOW, June 8. For the first time in years, a foreign envoy has interviewed Stalin. The United States Ambassador, Mr. Joseph Davies, and the dictator met accidentally in the office of M. Molotoff, president of the Council of People's Commissars. Mr. Davies was sitting in M. Molotoff's office in the Kremlin when Stalin entered unexpectedly. He was informally dressed in a light tan uniform without medals. He wore black boots. He s-iook hands with Mr. Davies, without waiting for an introduction. Stalin then sat down beside M. Molotoff. aad the three talked for 20 minutes with the aid of ail interpreter.
