FURTHER DECREES,
UNDEFENDED HEARINGS. SEPARATION ESTABLISHED. Further undefended divorce petitions were lieard in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Callan and i Mr. , Justice Reed. The most frequent ground for action was separation- between the parties for more than three years. Decrees on the ground of separation by order or agreement were: — Beryl Hogan (Mr. Henry) agaiust George Beaumont Hogan; Oswald King Lawless (Mr. Henry) against Ivy Mor? ence Ellen Lawless; Mary Ann Ramsey Barnes (Mr. Sullivan) against Roderick Barnes; Elsie Beryl Hogan (Mr. Singer) against Patrick Francis Hogan; Ellen Bristow (Mr. Singer) against Thomas Union Bristow; Esme Hart (Mr. Singer) against Edwin Arthur Hart; Lillian Ellen Welsh (Mr. Dickson) against Henry Vale Welsh (Mr. Aekins); Sylvia Mary Zimmerman (Mr. Aekins) against David Zimmerman; Gordon Sydney Mack (Mr. Aekins) ' against Violet Elizabeth Twining >lack, Failure to Comply. On the grounds of failure to comply with a restitution order, decrees Tvere made in the following cases: John Rutherford (Mr. Henry) against Kathleen Marie Rutherford; Ada Mav Wine (Mr. Singer) against George Ricfiiard Wine {Mr. Sullivan); Archibald Charles Fretwell (Mr. Dickson) against Ethel Lillian Fretwell. On the . ground of desertion, Christina Gertrude Flutey (Mr. Dickson) was granted a decree against Sid Flutey. Orders for Restitution. Orders for restitution of conjugal rights were granted in the following petitions:— • , , Albert Edward Yandell , (Mr. Thwaites) against Audrey Boys Yandell; Roland Lawrence Bailey (Mr. Henry) against Gladys Amelia Yvonne Bailey; Leonard Parmenter (Mr. Henry) against Mae Parmenter; Joseph Coleman Hickeyj (Mr. Goldstine) against Winifred Grace I Hickey. ■
