NEW ISSUE ALLOTMENT.
The directors of New Zealand Paper Mills. Limited. Dunedin. have advised the Stot-k Exchange that of the recent issue of 30.000 shares in the capital of the company allotment of 45.332 shares has been appro\ed by the board, leaving a balance of 4648 shares, which were not applied foi The directors have decided to offer the 4648 shares to shareholders who previously made application, and in the event of over-subscription, equitable allotment .vill be made in Proportion to the number of additional shares applied for. The shares will be offered at par 011 the same terms as the original issue.
