CHEAP PLATS FOR WOMEN. British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.J RUGBY, June 12. Plans have been launched by the Voluntary Housing Association for funds to provide a first block of flats for poorly paid single women workers at rents between 6/6 and 8/ a week.
