BRIDGE AFTERNOON.
HOSPITAL AUXILIARY FUNDS.
The Auckland Hospital Auxiliary held a bridge afternoon in the Penwomen's Club rooms last week, in aid of the ways and means fund. The function was organised l»v the convener of the ways and means committee of the Hospital Auxiliary Mrs H. Bolitho, The prizewinners at bridge were Mrs. Parkes and Miss Brown.
Among those present were: Mesdames Craven, Jackson, Patterson, Reynolds, A. f'outts, A. E. Oswald, G. Perreau, T. Ford, Rigg. Watson, Ellett, Buekland, Parkes, Kirk. M. Sim, D'Authereau, L. Heard, Williams, Coltman, Newman, Speary, Meßride, Middlebrook, Bews, Xeumegen, McGruars, Misses Brown, McWilliams, Dale, Hill, Russell and Buekland.
