PETER PAN.
The heavy rain on Saturday evening had no effect on the enthusiasm of dancers, judging bv the large attendance at the Peter Pan Cabaret. A bright programme of the latest syncopated music by Lauri Paddi's band of instrumentalists was a factor in promoting the enjoyment of all. and fox trots and jazz waltzes-, danced to popular melodies, kept the entertainment going with a merrv swing. "Whistling Gipsy" and "Lovelight in the Starlight" were amongst the specialty numbers, and '"Happy Birthday to You'' was a complimentary tribute to a twenty-first celebrant. Show songs by Johnny Madden were also a much appreciated feature.
