SHEEP DOG TRIALS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.! WANGANUI, Wednesday. The North Island Sheep Dog Association to-night allocated next year's championships to the Poverty Bay centre. Good progress was made to-day with the short head and yarding competition, 36 of the 82 entries being run out.
