PENALTY FOR SHOPLIFTING. i ' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Two shoplifters, Mabel Davidson and Helen Margaret McPhun, who had been in custody for a week oh remand, were this morning admitted by the magistrate to one year's probation.
