FAREWELL PARTY.
Official Dinner for Duke and Duchess of Windsor. HONOURED IN PARIS. (Received 1 p.m.) PARIS, May 27. The British Ambassador, Sir Eric Phipps, gave a large official dinner party in honour of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor before their departure to take up permanent residence in South France. Three French Cabinet Ministers were present, and also leaders of the British colony.
