The Te Awamutu delegates advised that their club would donate a szn trophy to the fastest i ider. up to September 30 next, over the latter course, the ride to be unpaced. In future it was decided not to accept entiies for open road races from rider* ! who had not ridden in at least three club road events, and also to make the wearing of black shorts and club colouns compulsory in all Centre races. Other road events arranged:— August 6.—Malvern Star Cup race, orer the 44 miles "harbour" course, and a junior race of 25 miles over the Birdwood course. I September 3. —One hundred kilometre* i massed start for the Coronation Cup and j the 2o miles junior provincial champion- ■ ship, over Birdwood counse. I The latter is to be under handicap con'ditions, with the title open to the fastest rider.
