FORWARDS OUT OF POSITION
Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys .played a wonderful first half at Victoria Park, Comrades appearing disoragnised, with the forwards out of position. Yearbury was kept busy in Comrades goal with McKenna prominent in the back line. Hoote, in the pivot position, was a trier but the fast Ohl Bovs' wings' gave the other halves, Fletcher and Hayward, little chance to support him. Evans and M. Francis, towards the latter half of the second spell, were responsible tor better cohesion being shown. Saunvlers was strong in the goal position for Old Boys, and Sims and Speed were sound in the liack line. Woodhall was outstanding in the intermediate line. Berryman and Wood were playing well, but an inclination to hang on to the ball too long was responsible for Needham an'J Fyvie losing many opportunities. Jepsou was up to his usual high standard.
