MISSING INDIAN. (From Our Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Sunday. Tu discussing the disappearance of tlic Tndian storekeeper, Delu Desai, aged 42, who has been missing since May 7, Inspector C. W. Lopdell, officer in charge of the Hamilton police district, states that as the intensive inquiry and search made to find the missing man lia<l so far failed to produce results the anxiety fel f for Desui's welfare was becoming more acute. All police districts in New Zealand had been given the missing man's rtevcriptinn, while Detectives A. J. White and J. Haves, of Hamilton, were continuing their inquiries in the Taharoa and neiglibouring districts, added Inspector Lopdell. Unless the missing man was located within a few. days, further police would probably he drafted to Taharoa to carry out a more intensive search.~thaa.-iiad-'beett=«» -fcxtjioeeible, j
