DECISION IN BALLIN CASE
After having heard argument on a motion in tlio Supreme Court yesterday afternoon to interpret the provisions of tlie will of the late Mrs. Maria BiiUin in relation to a gift to the Jate Keka Ballin, and the disposition of'her sharof tlie estate. Mr. Justice Fair decided that there was no intestacy created by tlie fact that Miss Ballin died unmarried.
The intention of the testatrix. His Honor decided, was that the assets of Miss Ballin's estate should form part of the estate of the late F. S. Itallin. whose death occurred subsequent to that of hit? aißter.
