POSTPONED FOR WEEK. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TIMARU, this day. Owing to inclement weather the openin? of the cinder track, at which Cv H. Matthews, British Empire Games three and six miles champion, was to attempt to lower the two-mile record, has been postponed until next Saturday.
