These are the main factors which will guide the Government in appointing the personnel."

The Minister said the people were realising more than ever before the advantages to their health and general well-being of physical culture and recreation. One evening, while in Sydney, he was taken to a big school for physical training. The school was in operation with men and women instructors from about 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and many young and middle-aged people, after work, there for training and exercise. This was an indication that men and women were thinking more of their health and bodily culture. Some of the young men he saw needed the physical culture and they were getting it at tlie rijsht time and in the riglit place.
