KAWHIA 'PLANE CRASH.
FINDING CONFIRMED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this dav. The finding that the aeroplane accident near Kftwhia ou February* 27, when p- D- Smith, an Air Force trainee, was injured, was due to a condition of perplexity Ixl the mind of a pilot voung in experience who encountered a combination of conditions with which he was not familiar, was confirmed to-dav by the Minister in Charge of flle Department, the Hon. F. Jones. He announced that in the circumstances he did not pro|K)(se to set up a board of inquiry to report further.
