BADEN-POWELL IN AFRICA. British Official Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, January 0. File Chief Scout, Lord Baden-Powell, acting on medical advice, has cancelled his proposed tour of Rhodesia and the Union of South Africa at Nairobi. He will remain in Kenya until he leaves for England in April.
