Jordan, and many prominent traders inspected the New Zealand Meat Board display at Smithfield of 18 entries of 30 head of chilled beef from Palmerstort Royal Show, all from North Island farms. First and/second prizes went to R. W. Way, and third to W. (j. Booth.

The judges reported that it was the best chilled beef from the Dominions thev had ever seen in Smithfield.
