( »un*cl for defendant, who pleaded trinity stated that the six samples had I ffii tnKen from the one milking and the only explanation possible was that the cows had been upset by the fitting of new rubbers to the milking machine, and this had caused a temporary lanse on the part of the cows. The monthly tests made bv the Herd Testin-r Association and subsequent nnalvsis bad shown the milk tn be well above the required standard.
