Pierre Cot. is visiting London ostensibly in connection with the work of the International Peace Conference, but that lie is taking the opportunity to exchange views on military and aviation matters. Britain and France are working with the closest collaboration on matters affecting rearmament. M. Cot had a long conversation with Viscount Swinton. I
