FARMERS' TRADING COMPANY. The vacancy on the board of directors of the Farmers' Trading Company, caused by the death of Mr. J. H. Hay ward, has been filled by the appointment of Mr. Li. W. Keals, a farmer, of Onewhero. COMPANIES REGISTERED. The following private company has been registered in Auckland:— Glamis Hospital, Ltd., to acquire and cairy on the business of Glamis Hospital, Alount Albert, at present conducted bv JJr. J. A. Patenson. Capital: £500 in £1 shares. Subscribers: J. A. Paterson 425 shares; Isabella Patenson, 50; Mary Royil Jackson, 25.
