Lewis, salesman, aged —•» years, admitted theft of a suit of clothed valued at
£6 10/. I Sub-Inspector Fox stated that accused was living in a room with a brother when he stole the suit, pawned it for 20/ and gave the pawn ticket to another brother. Counsel for accused said that the brother from whom the suit was stolen |
did not desire to press the charge, and ' accused was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon 1 w ftliin twelve months, and to make restitution. 1
