RUGBY, December 6.
Questioned in the House of Commons Mr. Eden said there had been a very large number of cases of interference with assets of British companies in Spain.
In addition to representations made to the Spanish authorities in specific terms, protests in general terms against the Catalan collectivisation decree had been made several times, but so far there had been no satisfactory settlement.

from both rides to the Spanish dispute, giving qualified acceptance of the request for their concurrence in the Non-Intervention Committee's resolution providing for execution of the British plan, will come tomorrow before the chairman's sub-committee.
The meeting will also consider recommendations of technical subcommittees which have been drafting detailed schemes in connection with the plan for restoration and strengthening of control round Spain, for withdrawal of volunteers and for granting belligerent rights.

ITALO-GERMAN CONVOYS.
GIBRALTAR, December 6,
The agency of the Spanish Government reports that a convoy of insurgent merchantmen, escorted by three Italian destroyers and two German submarines, unloaded at Cadiz 1000 field guns and 10,000 tons of war material. It asserts that 5000 Moorish troops are landing daily at Algeciras, on the south coast of Spain, from Ceuta.
