Helen Vinson, has a passion for a stage career, and persuades lier husband to finance an unsuccessful production. • Joan Bennett, who is reported to turn in another fine performance, plays a beautiful debutante, who jilts her mil-' lionaire suitor and takes a position as a ' mannequin in the house of Curzon. Alan Mowbray. Miss Bennett's lover, establishes a rival house in the hope of driving Curzon out of business. The story of the film is built about the battle between the two men. Tli-e story is interspersed throughout with music that should be the delight of local "swing" enthusiasts.
