PLENARY SESSION.
LEAGUE RESOLUTIONS,
British Official Wireless. (Received 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, October 4. A plenary session of the League Assembly adopted a series of resolutions on economic and financial matters. In these approval was given to continuation of efforts now being made to achieve freer international trade.
At the request of Mr. S. M. Bruce, Australian delegate, the Assembly decided to study means of improving the standard of living.
The Assembly also approved a resolution providing for consultation of nonniembeis of the League in connection with the inquiry into reform of the Covenant.
