COPPER SUPPLIES.
NEW RESTRICTIONS SCHEME. RUGBY, October 1. It is announced that the copper producing companies operating under the restricted scheme have agreed upon a prolamine of production which will result in the output being reduced to a rate of 105 per cent of basic quotas by the end of November.
