GLASGOW VISIT.
Mrs. Jordan to Christen Two New Vessels. BRITISH DESTROYER MAORI. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 24. The New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan, and Mrs. Jordan will visit Glasgow officially on August 30. Mrs. Jordan will christen the Union Company's coastal ship Kakapo, also, on the next day, the British destroyer Maori, to be launched at the Fairfield shipyard.
