TRAMWAY APPEAL.
ADJOURNMENT OF CASE. The hearing of the appeal of R. R. Muller against dismissal from the Auckland tramway service as conductor, which was opened before a special court of appeal at the Magistrate's Court ' yesterday, has been adjourned for further hearing on Thursday.
