BEES AS A WEAPON.
USED AGAINST THE POLICE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MONTREAL, August 23. Strikers introduced a new weapon Ugainsl police guards at the Dominion Textile Mill when they hurled two hives of bees. The police battled the swarms for several hours, finally summoning the fire brigade, whose hoses routed the bees.
