REFUGEES IN KENYA.
SMALLPOX ADDS TO WOES. (Received 12.30 p.m.) MOMBASA, August 23. Owing to ail outbreak of smallpox in Abyssinian refugee camps in Northern Kenya, terrified sufferers are attempting to escape but the police are rounding them up. Doctors are preventing the spread of the disease to Kenva tribesmen. Privation is rife among the foot-sors Abyssinians who are roaming the northern frontier seeking food and water.
