SOCIAL HYGIENE
NEW ZEALAND SPEAKER. (Received !»..'!<> a.m.) LONDON, July 5. Dr. Bernard Myers (Xew Zealand) addressed the Imperial Congress on .Social Hygiene, which Air. L. S. Aiuerv, M.P., opened in the presence of 180 delegates, 40 of whom were from overseas. Speakers dealt with venereal disease, and stated that its elimination in England showed satisfactory progress.
