PROMINENT PASSENGERS.
The Matraganui arrived this morning from Sydney, having had a perfectly calm trip. Among her prominent passengers she brought to these shores Mrs. F. Stevens, the wife of one of Melbourne's leading doctors. Mrs. Stevens was accompanied by Miss E. E. Pollard. They will spend a holiday in Roto.ua. Mrs. R. B. Clark-Hutchinson, wife of Lieutenant Clark-Hutchineon, of H3LA.S. Canberra, and Mrs. J. K.i Starrie disembarked. '
