UNDERMINED BY RAIN.
SLUM HOUSES COLLAPSE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) HAVANA, July 4. Nine people were killed and 27 others were injured when eight adjoining dwellings in a slum section in Havana collapsed. They had been undermined by heavy rain.
