OBITUARY.

MR. H. W. WILDING. Mr. Henry Wakeford Wilding, a wellknown public accountant in Auckland, died at his home, 04, Williamson Street. Epsom, last evening. Mr. Wilding came from London with his father 50, years ago, and attended the Boys' High School, Xapier. He was one of the original members of the Northern Boxing Association, and had been a public accountant in Auckland for 35 years.

When well over military ape Mr. Wilding enlisted with tbe 31st Reinforcements to the Great War and attained the rank of captain. He was always actively interested in the Returned Soldier*' Association.' Mr. Wilding is survived by his wife and two pons. Mr. H. G. Wilding (Okoroire) and Mr. C. H. Wilding (Hastings).

MR. ALBERT HANSON. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HELENSVILLE, this day. One of the most respected and successful farmers of Helensville. Mr. A. Hanson, died yesterday. Mr. Hanson, who hailed from Sheffield, farmed in Alfriston and Brook by for 27 years. He came to Helensville in 1914 and took up a farm on the Babylon Flats. Mr. Hanson occupied the position of chairman of directors of the Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited for 12 years. He was also president of the local A. and P. Association for many years and took a prominent part in all matters affecting the welfare of the community. He is survived by his wife, five sons and one daughter.
