IMPERIAL AIRWAYS.
NEW CHAIRMAN APPOINTED. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 25. Sir George Beharrell, a director of the organisation and also managing director of the Dunlop Rubber Company, has been elected chairman of Imperial Airways, Ltd., in succession to the late Sir Eric Geddes. representatives of shareholders in Imperial Airways, Ltd., applied for an injunction restraining the company from issuing 1,000,000 £1 shares at 30/, as announced yesterday.
