NEW ZEALAND TESTS.
Matches to Start Early.

WELLINGTON, Friday
The New Zealand Rugby Union has decided that the Test matches between the Springboks and New Zealand shaU commence at 2.15 p.m. The provincial games will also start earlv, the time fixed being 2.30 p.m. Previously the games have not been started before 2.45 p.m., and in most cases 3 p.m.
