Because vested interests throw their weight in on the side of mass ignorance, even, "students" prove themselves unworthy of such a 110 mde plume. Trotskyism in Russia, allied with production-for-profit, called Fascism in Germany, is responsible for nine generals being corrupted and per "medium of the bullet" being cancelled out. Quite apart from Herr Hitler's fanatical outbursts against Communism before liis helmeted heroes at Nuremberg, Socialists the world over know that the pressure of heavy industry in Germany would not. and cannot, avoid a bloody catastrophe soon. Everyone of rational mind agrees that the taking of human life does not signify a high order of civilisation. Nevertheless, it is Stalin's duty to 180,000.000 people to protect them from invasion from within or without. Trotsky, Radek and Co. were never true Marxians or Leninists and so easily became tainted hy defeatism and Fascism. TheTe is no doubt that Soviet Russia has trained many enemies through heing "Godless." Nevertheless it is the plain duty of all students to dispassionately weigh and consider their opinions and try to see that they are directly related to evidence and reality before they write. Planned economy, production for plenty (as opposed to scarcity) as attempted by the Communist Administration in the Soviet Union has no historical precedent. In view of this, "Student's" attempted comparison of Stalin with some conqueror of days gone by is just pathetic. F. E. PINKER."
