DEATHS ON SPEEDWAY.
INDIANAPOLIS TRAGEDIES. (Received 9.30 a.m.) INDIANAPOLIS, May 30. Two accidents occurred on the Indianapolis speedway during tests preliminary to the Memorial Day motor race. Two men were killed and" four seriously injured. A mechanic was killed when a car capsized after the controls had become locked at a speed of 119 miles an hour. A spectator was killed when a burning car struck another which was parked in a service pit. Total of deaths in 25 years on the speedway is 33.
