SHERIDAN PLAYERS.
The usual fortnightly club evening of the Sheridan Players was held at the German Club rooms, when a reading of A. A. Milne's delightful play, "i'he Romantic Age," was arranged by Mi»; Joan Steele. The presentation Wiii< enjoyed by a large gathering of members and friend*, and those taking part were Misses Olive Blackie, Cathella Holme*. Arawa Heron and Beth Lamb, and Messrs. Philip .lay, Jack Spooner, Terence Barton and Eric Sutherland.
During an interval Miss Madge Taylor gave two delightful tioligi*. She was accompanied by Mrs. Robertson. Supper was served at the conclusion of the playreading.
