STUDENTS' PROCESSION.
T should like to register 'my disapproval of the treatment meted out to the university student-: by the Auckland traffic department. It seems very strange that the students were not notified until the last minute that the route would have to he altered. Surely it was adequately advertised.. There were notice* in the newspapers for some time beforehand. It seems a pity that the students cannot he allowed two and a half hour* on one day in the year, particularly when their collection H for such a deserving char'tv. ALMA MATER.
